WAIKOLOA, HAWAII — Three Ducks finished under par as the Oregon men’s golf team finished 10th out of 20 teams at the Amer Ari Invitational on Saturday.

Pepperdine won the three-day tournament at Waikoloa Kings' Course with a 39-under 825, two shots ahead of runner-up Texas and three shots of third-place Arizona Staqte.

Oregon shot a 6-under 282 Saturday to finish at 9-under 855. Oregon State finished in 18th place at 14-over 878 after a tough final round in which the Beavers were at 15-over 303.

Kevin Geniza shot a 3-under 69 to lead the Ducks in the final round and finished the event tied for 65th place. Craig Ronne shot a 70 to finish 4 under and tied for 33rd, a team best.

Oregon's Nate Stember and Oregon State's Kyosuke Hara were among those tied for 39th at 3-under 213.
