TULSA, Okla. — Oregon men's tennis player Joshua Charlton won two matches in qualifying Tuesday to advance to the main singles draw at the ITA All-American tournament.

Charlton defeated Tim Ruehl of Arizona State, 7-5, 6-4, before downing Boris Kozlov of LSU, 7-5, 5-7, 6-4 to move on.

Charlton also won his first qualifying match Monday.

Charlton and Ty Gentry won their first doubles qualifying match Monday before dropping the second match.
