What was expected to be a small recruiting weekend turned into one of the biggest out west in a matter of 24 hours for the Oregon football program last week. The 247Sports No. 1 player in the country for the class of 2021, defensive tackle J.T. Tuimolau (Sammamish, Wash.), was on campus for an unofficial visit after playing a high school football game in Portland the night before.
His high school teammate and the third-best linebacker in the class of 2022, Dishawn Misa (Sammamish, Wash.), also arrived for the Montana game. 2020 three-star defensive end Bradyn Swinson (Douglasville, Ga.) was the program's only official visitor on campus last weekend. Swinson made a verbal commitment to Oregon on Friday night after his high school football game in Georgia, picking the Ducks over Arizona State, North Carolina and Florida State.
Following Oregon's game at Stanford, Oregon coaches will hit the road to recruit during the team's bye week next week.
