PRINCETON, N.J. — The 14th-ranked Oregon volleyball team ended a three-match losing streak with a 3-2 win at Princeton on Tuesday.
The Ducks, who lost to three top-10 teams last week on the road — Pittsburgh, Minnesota and Penn State — downed the Tigers, 23-25, 25-22, 24-26, 25-15, 18-16.
Oregon hit .318 or better in its three set wins and .243 and .244 in the two set losses to finish with a .290 hitting percentage.
Four Ducks finished with double-figure kills with Brooke Nuneviller slamming 19 kills, Ronika Stone tallying 18 kills, Karson Bacon contributing 11 kills and Morgan Lewis adding 10. Oregon played without senior right-side hitter Willow Johnson.
Kylie Robinson handed out 52 assists for the Ducks, and Georgia Murphy had a team-high 14 digs.
Princeton's Maggie O'Connell had a match-high 23 kills and Elena Montgomery added 18 for the Tigers. Jessie Harris handed out 51 assists.
