LIMA, Peru — Cravon Gillespie and the U.S. men's 4x100-meter relay team earned bronze Friday during the Pan American Games in Lima Peru.

Gillespie, the former Oregon sprinter, joined Michael Rodgers, Jarret Eaton and Bryce Robinson on the team that finished in 38.79 seconds. Brazil won gold in 38.27 and Trinidad and Tobago was second in 38.46.

Earlier in the week, Gillespie finished sixth in the 100.

Also Friday, former Duck Jonathan Cabral of Canada was a scratch in the  men's 110 hurdle semifinals.
