Mark Wasikowski has hired Jake Angier as Oregon’s pitching coach, according to a report from Kendall Rogers of D1baseball.com

Angier joins Jack Marder as the two full-time assistants for Wasikowski, who was hired to replace George Horton as coach of the Ducks.

Angier is a Bellevue, Wash., native who spent the past six seasons as an assistant at Sacramento State. He served three seasons as assistant and recruiting coordinator before becoming the pitching coach in 2017.

Angier played at South Dakota State before beginning his career as an assistant at his alma mater for three seasons. He went on to serve as pitching coach at North Dakota State for three years.
