LOS ANGELES — Kyle Hurt allowed two runs in six innings as USC defeated Oregon 8-2 in a Pac-12 Conference baseball game Sunday afternoon.

The Trojans scored three runs in the second inning off Duck starter Kolby Somers before Oregon responded with two runs in the third. Cameron Campbell and Max Foxcroft each walked before Spencer Steer hit a two-run single.

USC added two runs in the sixth and three in the seventh.

Steer and Goldfarb had the only two hits for the Ducks, who fell to 27-26 overall and 10-17 in the Pac-12.
