WACO, Texas — Oregon’s acrobatics and tumbling squad was foiled in their attempt for a fifth NCATA national championship by No. 1-ranked Baylor on Saturday. But the Ducks captured four individual titles.

Baylor outscored Oregon 278.400 to 271.725 in the team final. The win marked Baylor's fifth straight national championship.

The Ducks, who lost to the Bears three times this season, won in four individual events, however, including the synchronized and open pyramid events. Casi Jackson, Samantha Little, Caroline Matos, Calyx Hampton and Addie Lacewell scored 9.925 in the open pyramid to win that title.

Lacewell, Payton Coon, Katie Bachman, Yeelena Faustino and Ashley Jamison won the open toss with a score of 9.875. And Jackson, Hannah Blair and Makenna Jarman won the trio pass with a score of 9.225.

Jackson, Coon and Lacewell were all named NCATA All-Americans. Jackson is a two-time all-American.
