SANTA CRUZ, Calif. — Yin Ho Yue shot an even-par 70 and finished in 14th place to lead the Oregon men at the 73rd annual Western Intercollegiate golf tournament Wednesday.

The Ducks tied for sixth place with Colorado in the 13-team event at 8-over 1,065, 25 strokes behind winner Stanford at 1,040. Yue finished with an even-par 210. Other Oregon scorers included Craig Ronne (212), Edwin Yi (214), Tom Gueant (214) and Kevin Geniza (215).

Stanford's Isaiah Salinda defeated San Jose State's Sean Yu in a playoff for medalist after each finished at 8-under 202.
