PALOS VERDES, Calif. — The Oregon women's golf team tumbled down the leaderboard during Tuesday's second round of the Pac-12 Championships at Palos Verdes Estates.

The Ducks began the second round in fourth place but shot a 23-over 307 on the 6,131-yard par-71 course to finish the second round in eighth place at 31-over 599.

Oregon State moved up one spot to 10th at 616 after shooting an 18-over 302. USC leads the team race at 1-over 569, followed by Stanford at 8-over 576 and Arizona at 14-over 582.

Oregon State's Ellie Slama moved into a tie for third at even-par 142 after a 1-under 70 on Tuesday. Stanford's Albane Valenzuela remains the individual leader at 7-under 135, four shots ahead of Arizona State's Olivia Mehaffey. Slama is in a five-way tie for third.

Oregon's Kathleen Scavo fell 13 spots to a tie for 19th place at 6-over 148 after shooting a 77 in the second round. Teammate Amy Masuoka is tied for 25th place at 8-over 150 and Petra Salko is one shot behind Masuoka and tied for 31st.

Slama is the only Beavers golfer in the top 45.
