SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — The Oregon women's golf team finished in second place Tuesday at the Bruin Wave Invitational at the San Luis Obispo Country Club.

The Ducks, who led entering the final round, shot a 15-over 303 Tuesday and finished second at 898, three shots behind Stanford, which shot a 296 in the final round to vault past Oregon.

Arizona State finished one shot behind the Ducks in third.

Oregon was led by Petra Salko, who finished second at 5-over 221, one shot behind Arizona State's Olivia Mehaffey.

Oregon's Kathleen Scavo finished tied for eighth at 9-over 225 and Tze-Han Lin tied for 18th at 12-over 228.
