The Oregon softball team has moved up two spots to No. 17 in this week's USA Today/NFCA Coaches Poll.

The Ducks are coming off a 2-2 performance at the St. Pete/Clearwater Elite Invitational that saw the then-No. 19 Ducks beat then-No. 8 LSU and lose to then-No. 18 Kentucky.

LSU is ninth this week and Kentucky is No. 16. James Madison, then No. 23, also beat Oregon last week and moved up to No. 18 this week.

Florida State remains atop the poll, followed by UCLA. Florida moved up one spot to No. 3 and is followed by Oklahoma and Washington. Other Pac-12 Conference teams in the poll are No. 13 Arizona State and No. 14 Arizona.

Mike White's Texas squad remains No. 11. Oregon State just missed cracking the top 25 and checks in at No. 28 in the others receiving votes category outside the top 25.
