STANFORD, Calif. — Oregon freshman Tze-Han Lin fired a 4-under 67 on Saturday and shot up into a tie for fifth place after two rounds of the Stanford Intercollegiate women's golf tournament at the Stanford Golf Course.

Lin, who has a two-day total of 3-under 139, is six strokes behind leader Mariel Galdiano of UCLA at 9-under 133. Other Duck golfers include Petra Salko (145), Alexis Phadungmartvorakul (150), Kathleen Scavo (151) and Simar Singh (153).

Oregon is ninth in the 17-team field at 15-over 583; Southern California leads at 10-under 558.
