FORT WORTH, Texas — The Oregon men's golf team finished in a tie for 12th place Tuesday in the 15-team Nike Golf Collegiate Invite at Colonial Country Club.
The Ducks and TCU finished tied for 12th at 30-over 870. Oregon shot a final round of 14-over 294 on Tuesday after opening with rounds of 285 and 291.
Duke was the only team to finish under par for the tournament on the par-70, 7,204-yard course. The Blue Devils finished at 2-under 838, six strokes ahead of runner-up Vanderbilt.
Edwin Yi finished in a tie for 21st place for the Ducks at 3-over 213 after a final round 69. Teammate Donald Kay tied for 31st at 6-over 216 after finishing with a 73 and Ryan Gronlund tied for 45th at 11-over 221.
Duke's Chandler Eaton finished at 6-under 204 to edge Clemson's Bryson Nimmer for individual medalist honors.
